Contribute to solutions and capability development of the overall insurance practice at BRIDGEi2i to ensure organisational growth Core Experience and Skills:Proven track record in designing and delivering analytical solutions in a consulting environment or with an insurerStrong experience in Actuarial Analytics (e.g. pricing/rating/reserving modelling, profitability/ competitive analysis, segmentation, rate monitoring, variance analysis etc.) preferably in PC insurance domainAcquired actuarial.
qualifications (CT-CA levels) from IFoA/SoA/IAI or equivalentHands on experience in using Emblem/RadarStrong data manipulation and statistical modelling experience using SAS, SQL, R or PythonThorough operational understanding of various RDBMS applications like Oracle, SQL Server Teradata etc. Competencies Required:Self-driven individual with proven track record of managing a team and ability to work as an individual contributor as wellAbility to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and adhere to mutually agreed upon milestones and timelinesStrong project and key stakeholder management in a dynamic environmentAbility to effectively present and explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
