Integration Consultant Job DescriptionThe Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) Team is the IT Engine that delivers compelling and robust capabilities, products, and solutions to Kimberly-Clark s (KC) business and IT by focusing on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers. This role is part of Supply chain planning and forecasting team at KC. As part of this team, the Integration consultant will support full horizon end-to-end integration between Kinaxis or BY planning solutions and SAP S4 HANA system at KC.Scope: Scope will include but is not limited to, the following:Responsible for technical solution design and delivery of Kinaxis or Blue Yonder systems at Kimberly-Clark Excellent understanding of Kinaxis or Blue Yonder solution footprint, with a deep knowledge of integration between Kinaxis/BY and SAP S4 HANA systems Understand business requirements and functional specifications, and translate them into technical solution design according to business needs and project scope Ability to review technical specifications and design, identify issues and risks, and work with team to mitigate the risks and take corrective actions Working experience of implementing integration between Kinaxis or BY and SAP S4 HANA for a large global manufacturer or CPG company Understand data model and table structure of Blue Yonder or Kinaxis, and S4 HANA Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Stand-alone projects, Sub-Projects, and enhancements Ability to review existing systems integration, and recommend improvement opportunities and corrective actions Ability to deliver in fast paced environments using agile methodologies Works on development of interfaces, dashboards, reports, and tools that are of highest quality and meet business objectives Assist program management teams in project planning including detailed project plan, estimates and timelines Participate in end-user training workshops on Kinaxis or BY solutions Support user acceptance testing, research complex problems, and provide resolutions, recommendations or alternatives to business and Project manager Assist in follows up on cases opened with BY or Kinaxis Support Services to help in resolving defects for the business Communicate project risks and issues that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budgetIntegration Consultant DTSQualifications:Education required: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar fields Kinaxis or BY Integration consultant certification is highly preferredTech Experience:Soft Skills: 5 years of hands-on experience in integrating supply chain systems with deep expertise in Kinaxis or BY planning solutions and SAP S4 HANA/ SAP ECC Strong technical acumen with knowledge of SDLC, RDBMS/SQL, messaging protocols, middleware technologies, version control, configuration management and deployment Functional knowledge of supply chain planning systems and processes is highly desirable Good understanding of S4 HANA offering is desirable Experience of collaborating with multiple cross-cultural teams spread across geographies to gather requirements, make design decisions, and for testing and delivery Good time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines Excellent stakeholder management & good communication skillsWork Location:Bangalore, IndiaTravel may include approximately 10% to 20% of work time.Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:K-C requires that an employee have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based.
