Other responsibilities will include the following customer related tasks:Using Professional Services concepts, implement software in various environments.Follow the SDLC process to provide the solution for Interfaces Understanding the requirements from the clientPreparing the design documentCoding, testing and deploying the interfacesUser Acceptance Testing SupportDeploy and Release to production environmentFinal Hand Off to Global SupportUpgrading existing Kronos customers from lower versions to a more compatible and recent versions. This will include porting of the full- suite Kronos implementation and delivering it as a like to like solution. Overall understanding of the Kronos solution is a must for successfully upgrading and deploying the solutionThe Consultant should show the flexibility for taking calls in the evening with the global clients and the remote team members. In certain scenarios they will be required to support major releases and upgrades during US hours. QualificationsBachelor s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. At least 5- 8 years of industry experienceExperience in working with SQL relational database management systems. SQL scripting knowledge a plusExperience in creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applicationsDomain knowledge of HCM/WFM is an additional advantageInvolved in Design, Build, Test, Deploy and scheduling the Integration process involving third party systemsDesigned and developed integration using the Boomi AtomSphere integration platform or Workforce Integration Manager or similar Integration ToolsExperience in Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations would be good to haveKnowledge on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design would be good to haveExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood customer interfacing skills Corporate overview,
