Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development cycle like BDD
  • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis ; recommending changes in policies and procedures
  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques; participate in educational opportunities
  • Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
  • Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new refinements; work collaboratively with others to achieve goals
  • Be persistent, creative problem solver
  • Understand business need and know how to create the tools to manage them
Essential Requirements
  • Model and manage the expectations against our business end-users and rest of the stakeholders involved to achieve service excellence, meet and exceed organizational objectives and support fiscal responsibility
  • Design, Build, Test and Deploy integration solutions for Workday using BDD and other applicable format within which the project program is being executed against
  • Troubleshoot integration issues in depth expertise in Workday solution
  • Demonstrated integration experience in Human resources related domains, (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Contribute to customer experience with Workdays integration products, tools and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
  • Experience in Workday - HCM, Report writer, EIB, Workday studio, PICOF and tools that contribute to maintaining and managing customer satisfaction
  • Web services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET or other integration technologies
  • 4 - 5 years integrating SaaS Cloud-based ERP systems with other 3rd party service vendors downstream(s)
  • Bachelor Degree in IT and or equivalent work experience
Desirable Requirements
  • Good to have exposure to automation tools and languages including Python, Selenium
  • Good to have exposure to Pivotal and PCF platforms
