The Lead Bank Controller organization resides within Corporate Finance and is dedicated to supporting the JPMCB and broader Legal Entity end to end agenda in alignment with the Firm s and Finance s strategic control priorities.The Lead Bank Controllers team in India is responsible for the execution and delivery of reports supporting the various functions within the Lead Bank (JPMCB, NA) Controllers group such as Financial reporting, Planning & Analytics, Regulatory Reporting, Inter-entity Analytics and the Legal Entity Simplification and Strategy teams.In this Analyst level role you will work with IAG senior staff and the project and transaction teams, to be a key support for internal IAG reporting and projects. It is expected that the successful candidate will develop insight into IAG s roles and responsibilities, policy concerns, regulatory matters, and the Firm s use of funding & capital within its legal entity structure.The role will require working with the IAG Controllers to support reporting and data management/quality requirements, including:Prepare and deliver regular team and policy reports to IAG controllers while ensuring the timelines for such deliveryMaintain and ensure data integrity of reports prepared, related user tools, and underlying dataMailbox management and evidence management including monitoring of the shared mailbox to ensure appropriate documentation for all transactionsPartner with transaction support and transaction owners around the status of transactions and any questions about the data/reportingReview the transaction database recording components of each transactions to ensure timely and accurate information is reportedThe role will give the analyst exposure to a broad array of transactions across the firm through reporting and data management related to Affiliate Support Documents, Restructurings, and Capital Actions, Dividends, and New Product approval work flows and data management. The analyst will also work with the existing IAG Control & Support team to support data management/quality requirements and related reporting and control issues.Qualifications:Educated to a post graduate degree level in Finance/Accounting or related field of studyStrong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with Transaction Team, and Control & Support Team membersProficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of MS Access and/or Sharepoint a plusControl/documentation background/mindsetAbility to work independentlyAbility to identify and communicate issues in a timely mannerStrong analytical skillsOpen to working in EMEA shift and should be able to deliver to tight deadlines,
