    • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers
    • Provide comprehensive customer service and support
    • Resolve queries, complaints, and basic troubleshooting issues
    • Maintain professional and high-quality communication standards
    • Record and update all interactions accurately in CRM systems
    • Meet key performance indicators including AHT, FCR, CSAT, and Call Quality
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Qualification: Any Graduate / 102 / Diploma
    • Experience: 1 - 6 years in International Voice / BPO
    • Must be flexible to work US rotational shifts (Night Shift)
    • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
