    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and issue resolution
    • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
    • Achieve performance benchmarks related to quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Experience: 6 months to 4 years in International BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support
    • Language: Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
    • Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
    • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
    • Freshers with excellent English fluency are encouraged to apply
