Job Description

    International Customer Support ExecutiveTo schedule an interview contact : HR Pravallika - hidden_mobileJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English (additional foreign languages are a plus), cultural sensitivity, and a strong problem-solving attitude. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you wont just answer queries you will build trust, provide solutions, and make a real impact on our international customers journeys.Key and Responsibilities
    • Handle customer queries from international markets via phone
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
    • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, sales, etc.) to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
    • Meet or exceed performance targets (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
    • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
    Job Description

    • Fresher/Experienced are also fine
    • Location: Bangalore
    • Shifts : 5days working/ 2days rotational week-off
    • Salary : Up to 4.5 LPA
    • Only those who are in Bangalore are preferred.
