    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (primarily US clients)
    • Address customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective product/service support
    • Accurately log customer interactions and update details in internal systems
    • Meet performance benchmarks related to call quality, resolution efficiency, and CSAT metrics
    Candidate Requirements
    • Experience : 1 to 6 years in International Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support
    • Role: Customer Support Executive International Voice (US Process)
    • Shifts : Rotational shifts aligned with US time zones
    • Salary : 4 LPA 10 LPA (based on experience & interview performance)
    • Location : Bangalore
    • Education : Any Graduate / 102 / 103
