If you have strong English communication skills and experience handling international clients, this is your opportunity to grow in a structured and performance-driven corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage inbound and outbound calls with US customers
    • Provide end-to-end customer service and support
    • Resolve queries, complaints, and basic troubleshooting issues
    • Maintain high-quality communication standards
    • Update CRM systems with accurate call documentation
    • Achieve KPIs including AHT, FCR, CSAT, and Call Quality
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Qualification: Any Graduate / 102 / Diploma
    • Experience: 1 - 6 years in International Voice / BPO
    • Flexible to work in US rotational shifts (Night Shift)
    • Excellent English communication with a neutral accent
