The applicant will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that the customer might face with accuracy and efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction.Required skills

  • MUST HAVEExcellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Typing speed more than 30 - 40 WPM with 98% accuracy
  • Comfortable working with UK shifts
  • Excellent Versant score(Online Communication Test)
  • English comprehension capability with 75% clarity
Eligibility Criteria:Fresher
  • Ready to join immediately
  • Should be a graduate with no backlogs (BE/B.Tech need not apply)
  • Should have complete educational documents for verification
Experienced
  • 10+2/10+3 with 0.6 to 2 Years of experience
  • Ready to join immediately / less than 15 days of notice period
