International Voice Outbould SalesUS ShiftsLocation: HBR LayoutAcademic qualifications & Work Experience:Undergraduates/Graduates with 2+years experience in international Outbounds sales5 days working, 2 days week offKey Result Areas:

  • Havestrong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsible for all cold calling/developing new business leads
  • Responsible for meeting daily, weekly & monthly Targets
  • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  • Great command in closing sales over the telephone.
  • Analytical skills to read the customers minds and generate business by closing sales over the phone.
  • Maintain a robust track of existing call leads and use it to keep a track/ convert potential leads into sales by lining up call-backs
  • Have excellent time management skills.
  • Self-Confident, Enthusiastic, Patient, Passionate, Resilient and Cheerful.
  • Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.
  • Should be patient enough and quite motivated towards learning new things and execute it effectively on day-to-day basis.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
