Job Description

  • Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone
  • Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
  • Understand the customers situation and provide the best possible resolution
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the fashion retail industry/knowledge or interest in fashion
  • Academia (preferred): Graduation in Fashion Design / Business Operations / Business
Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science
  • Prior experience working in a CSR role
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center
environment
  • Fresher (English):
o Overall Experience: 0-2 yrs. in a customer-facing role
  • Experienced (English):
o Overall Experience: 5-6 yrs. o CSR Experience: 2-2.5 yrs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages an asset
  • Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs and
Slides)
  • Candidates should be flexible with rostered day-offs and working in shifts
  • Available to work 40 hours per week
  • Candidates should be flexible with shifts 3:30 AM to 12:30 AM, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Salary: 3 - 5 Lakhs per annum Work Location: BangaloreSkills:
