    • Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers
    • Deliver end-to-end customer service and product assistance
    • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and basic technical concerns efficiently
    • Maintain professional and courteous communication standards
    • Accurately document call details in CRM and internal systems
    • Meet performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, CSAT & Call Quality
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
    Ideal Candidate Profile
    • Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
    • Prior experience in International Voice Process preferred
    • Strong problem-solving and customer management skills
    • Comfortable working in rotational US/night shifts
    • Target-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
