Job Description

    • 10+2 minimum education.
    • Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
    • Residence should be less than 25 kms from the office to get 2-way free transportation.
    • Minimum experience should be 6 months.
    • Should be double dose vaccinated.
    • Freshers should have their Pan card.
    • Double dose vaccinated.
    • Phone-related customer service a major plus
    • Strong listening/comprehension skills
    • Ability to stay composed and objective
    • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
    Package:
    • Fresher: 3.2LPA (Th 22 k)
    • Experience: 3.5LPA (Th 24 k)
    Responsibilities
    • Talks to customers over the call to resolve their questions or concerns
    • Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
    • Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
    • Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
    • Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
    • Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
