The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with international clients, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills in English, a professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key and Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer queries via voice calls (inbound/outbound) from international clients.
    • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
    • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain call quality.
    • Meet performance targets including call handling time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
