Job Description

    International Voice Process (WFO)Required Candidate Profile:- Excellent Communication Skills- Only Freshers can apply- UG / graduates can apply- Flexible with rotational shifts- Immediate Joiners requiredRoles and Responsibilities:1- Maintain effective record keeping for all background checks being conducted, tracking the end-to-end process from initiation to completion and post completion activities like resource onboarding.2- Ensure background verification is initiated through appointed vendor, as applicable as per the company policy guidelines3- Must have problem solving and decision making skills.4- Ensuring that the appropriate background check(s) are conducted on the candidate/employee as outlined in the policy5- Ensuring all the BGV reports for completed candidates/employees are available in the database6- Successful track record of managing Back ground check vendors to track their performance.Salary:-25k take home incentivesShift:- Rotational Shift and Rotational Off- 5 days work and 2 days off 2 way free cabsWork Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)To Schedule an Interview call -hidden_mobile (HR - Rekha)
