    • Role : International Voice Support Executive Banking Process (US)
    • Process : International Banking Voice Support
    • Location : Bangalore
    • Shift: Rotational shifts aligned with US time zones
    • Salary : 5 10 LPA
    • Education: Any Graduate / 102 / 103
    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international (US) banking customers
    • Assist customers with banking-related queries, transactions, and service requests
    • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate product and account information
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
    • Ensure compliance with banking policies, security guidelines, and quality standards
    • Meet performance targets related to call quality, resolution efficiency, and CSAT
    Candidate Requirements
    • Experience: 1 to 6 years in International Voice Process / Banking BPO / Customer Support
    • Strong verbal communication skills in English
    • Prior exposure to banking or financial services processes preferred
    • Willingness to work in US rotational shifts
    • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmen
