Job Description

Investment Communications

  • Work with the Investment Communications team to provide end-to-end support in developing and managing institutional thought leadership content through design, compliance and distribution stages
  • Help team research and develop new thought leadership themes
  • Collaborate with investment teams to collect supporting data and create compelling exhibits
  • Assume increased editing and writing responsibilities over time
  • Support the Institutional Editorial Board with thought leadership calendar management and communications
  • Liaise with marketing teams to track impact and share of voice
Executive Platform
  • Partner closely with the Executive Platform team to help execute on SSGA s Executive Communications and Thought Leadership plan
  • Help team research and develop new ideas for executive speaking opportunities
  • Provide support for the executive speaking program, helping to maintain the calendar, manage communication and outreach with conference organizers and meet submission deadlines
  • Help to manage executive briefing development and operational details for external events, incorporating talking points and scripts from the Head of Executive Platform and supporting slide development
  • Work with businesses to collect supporting data for executive presentations
Assist with the Executive Platform website, blog postings and content archiving,
