Job Description Enterprise Applications team In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible for Nokias applications portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization. Reporting Manager Reporting Manager role offers a great experience in a team that delivers programmes around SAP and surrounding applications, with different delivery models and variety of complexity levels. The successful candidate will be delivering the largest digital transformation program enabled by SAP S/4HANA at Nokia. The overall objective for this position is to have a strong reporting lead ensuring a successful reporting strategy, approach and delivery in SAP and surrounding applications. The candidate must be able to run multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must ensure all requirements are gathered appropriately and deliverables are implemented on time, in quality and within budget. The candidate must also be able to manage changing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and suppliers. The candidate should ensure all parties involved in project(s), both internally and externally, are fully aware of the requirements with dependencies, milestones and reporting tools are present at all stages of the project. The Reporting Manager needs to work very closely with the project team who will analyse the requirements, propose, create, define, and build solutions best fitting to the business problems/needs. Key Responsibilities / Functions: Manage end-to-end SAP BI/BW reporting strategy, approach, and structure Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP BW/4HANA system, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and objectives of the organization. Prioritize work, considering the bigger picture, ensuring alignment with department and corporate objectives Manage end-to-end deployment of Nokia s reporting based on business requirements collected Deliver front-end visualizations Leveraging knowledge and expertise in other data SAP domains for data governance, Data Integration, and reporting solutions Coordinate dependencies with other projects/programs Provide metrics and regular status reports to joint project teamsQualificationsJob requirement 7-10 years of Experience in BI, BW, BOBJ, and Bex tools and SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience 7-10 years of scrum/project management with large and medium-sized ERP programs in a multicultural environment and related internal controls Oversee the designs and build of HANA models, data analysis, modeling, and design tasks on complicated datasets and data integration scenarios for Azure and SAP BW on HANA. Review the functional specifications and technical design documents, applying SAP BW on HANA best practices, to provide efficient and maintainable reporting solutions Developing and implementing data security and governance policies for the SAP BW/4HANA system. Partner with administrative system management teams on BI performance, system maintenance, and security. Establish performance and other system administration metrics (e.g. database growth, response times). Monitor system load and reporting performance. Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive level/peer-to-peer/ subordinate/ technical and non-technical etc. Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills Experience in Application development/deployment project management Experience in working with Agile methodology (DevOps environment is a plus) Understanding of financial and logistics processes, terminology, and concepts Languages: English required Self-confident, strong problem solvingImagine creating technology that has the potential to change the world.     • United States Salary Range: United States salary range: annual base salary of $124,320 - $230,880 USD plus eligibility for incentive/variable pay.
