Job Description

    DE Asset Servicing team is responsible for : Setup and process COACs payments for Mandatory COACs Income payments (Dividend, Interest) Global proxy: Provide client elections to Broadridge on behalf of the clients Set Up and process COACS Payments for mandatory COACS Ensuring BAU Execution to be best in class. The India team processes all domestic payments as per client s election impacting Private Banking client securities. To reconcile the breaks between Custody and Accounting systems To manage the queries from the CSG team. Manage and develop people effectively to run the day to day operations Manage various Stakeholder within AWM / Delaware and other teams.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
    • Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
    • Escalation management
    • Active involvement in and contribution to Global Projects / Local Initiatives.
    • Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.
    • Manage and lead discussions on exceptional cases.
