Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job:

  • The individual will own the Digital transformation agenda in O2C processes as part of Global Order to Cash
  • This will include delivering the technology roadmap along-with conceptualization and delivery of key digital initiatives centred around business process orchestration like Pega, or bill to cash solutions like High Radius or Order fulfillment via SAP S4 HANA
  • The individual would be responsible for partnering with the Global Order to Cash Process excellence team and Digital transformation teams in the market.
  • The role will drive the delivery of the internal team of delivery managers and Multi-vendor team of resources will be reporting to this role.
  • The delivery of the vendor teams will be monitored by the delivery manager.
  • The position reports to Unilever obal based in India.
  • Medium to high foreign travel might be required.
Main Accountabilities:
  • Delivery of the Digital agenda in O2C
    • Takes responsibility & ownership for the delivery of key supply chain projects in iOPs/ O2C transformation agenda primary being Pega, High Radius
    • Tracking all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate and managing stakeholder expectations.
    • Monitoring and controlling team performance against plans. Maintains effective financial and project progress forecasting, and reports as appropriate
    • Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
  • Developing relationships, with key stakeholders, with key business owners and process owners, with strategic suppliers and 3rd party IT service providers to help both drive and share this knowledge base.
Relevant Experience Required:
  • Minimum 8 years experience
  • Program/ Project Management of large sized implementations with minimum of 2 yrs of experience,
  • Project management and delivery processes
  • Delivery focus with quality
  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Business analysis and evangelization
  • IT skills
    • Ability to understand and apply new technologies/applications to deliver effective IT solutions
At least 4-5 years global experience in S/W delivery
  • Deep understanding of application development methodology, techniques and standards
  • Global scale
    • Experience of working in teams across multiple locations
    • Stakeholder Management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in complex matrix organisations involving outsourced operations
