The individual will be passionate about digital marketing and is determined to continuously improve results as well as our customers digital experience. They will be eager to learn each country go to market strategy & implement priority focus campaigns through the SEM channel.To be successful in this role, the candidate must be comfortable working in a highly matrix environment in a global organization, collaborating with large teams across the IPAC region & aligning with our global SEM team in North America.The IPAC SEM Specialist is an experienced marketer who can champion digital marketing efforts by learning the nuisances of each country in the region, bioscience products and customers purchasing behaviors. Make a difference in the world through innovative and analytical campaign optimization which will have an impact across the life sciences landscape. This is an opportunity to manage advertising budgets and achieve multi-language results in a collaborative and high-performing digital marketing team using industry leading platforms.High Level Role Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and delivery of holistic search marketing, processes and technology, guided by reporting and a thorough ROI analysis across the entire sales funnel.
  • Partner with the global SEM lead and drive implementation of campaigns, engaging our customers during their journey through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with other digital team members & external agency to develop, execute and measure integrated digital marketing campaigns, aligned with business partner goals and KPIs.
  • As a thought leader in paid search, you will be required to test, prove and implement new strategies and technologies
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly budgets are fully spent and optimized to deliver high performance while recommending budget distribution to continuously improve performance.
  • Contribute new ideas to the team, share and collaborate ideas with other like-minded people to create a best in class digital marketing strategy.
  • Stay up to date with the digital marketing industry and trends.
Experience
  • Bachelor s Degree or similar or other related work experience preferred
  • 7+ years experience in B2C or B2B customer-driven digital marketing, advertising, or eCommerce.
  • Advanced experience in paid search
  • Additional experience with other digital channels like programmatic display, SEO, email or social is preferred
  • Advanced understanding of SEM using Google, Yahoo, Naver, Bing Ads or other paid search engines.
  • Advanced experience with bid management platforms (e.g. Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo, Marin or DoubleClick).
  • Proven track record of creating, optimizing and reinventing campaigns to constantly improve results.
  • Strong Excel skills, ability to manage and update campaigns via bulk upload process.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics).
  • Occasional travel within the region, 10-15%
