We are looking for a Senior IS Web Solutions Architect to supervise ABB Suppliers in a Managed Service operating model. The scope of work consists of ABB Web Portals (abb.com, intranet, other systems and applications) that will be developed based on multiple technologies (Adobe, Sitefinity, WordPress, etc.). The main responsibility of this role will be in cooperating with IS Suppliers on a strategic and tactical levels to define standards for ABB Web Portals and to make sure landscape of ABB Web Portals has proper structure. Will also be the main point of contact between ABB internal teams (technologies, systems) and IS Suppliers to make sure that architecture of ABB Web Portals is efficient and follows a state of art and best practices. A direct cooperation with technology provider(s) (Adobe in close future, currently also Sitefinity technology) will be also a key activity for such role. Senior IS Web Solution Architect will work closely with ABB IS Service Owners in the IS Corporate Communication team and will report directly to IS Domain Owner.Your responsibilities

• Creating a framework with IS Suppliers for future development and transformation of ABB Web Portals.
• Coordination, control, supervision and governance on a strategic and tactical level.
• Cooperation with ABB Web Portals Product Owner(s), giving advices and supporting business decisions with proper technical knowledge.
• Cooperation with other ABB teams to make sure that all integrations and touchpoints are being designed and implemented properly.
• Making sure that deliverables of IS Suppliers are following ABB standards and adequate level of quality.
• Taking part in problem resolution activities with active support during major incident & critical situations.
• Seeking constant improvements, enhancements and optimizations. Being included in other projects and initiatives as Subject Matter Expert.
• Reviewing and approving created documentation.

• IT Professional with 5years+ experience in the relevant area, demonstrated with successful implementation of large and advanced web communication portals.
• Working with many web technologies required to build and support/maintain complex and enterprise web communication systems with multiple integration points and dependencies.
• General understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, DevOps, engineering and software architecture design.
• Profound understanding of Server infrastructure, databases, CMSs, application server, web server, load balancer, WAF, CDN, http/https, browser frontend, devices, security, scaling, performance. Experience in Managed Services working model.
• Knowledge about web development toolset, technologies, best practices especially in the area of architecture methodology in web communication portals. Knowledge about CMSs based on different technologies (like AEM and/or Sitefinity).
• Strong team player with good leadership skills and ability to work with little of supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English).
• Service-mindedness with good organizational, time management and decision-making skills. Availability to work with many different stakeholders and in multinational environment.
