Job Description

    Reporting to the IS/T Internal Compliance Manager, he/she assists process owners in the promotion and application of IS&T processes within the IS/T organization. He/she facilitates and collaborates with the IS&T contributors for process awareness and identifying improvement opportunities / gaps through regular process quality checks.Educational Requirements:Mandatory: Bachelor s degree in IT, business, management, or related field is required. Desirable: ITIL V4 certification. Experience:Mandatory: At least 5 to 8 years of experience in IT process management and quality checks in IT ecosystem in a expert role. Desirable: Knowledgeable of Six sigma, Lean and Process assessments / framework Roles & Responsibilities :
    1. Process Management :
    • Provide guidance and assist process owners in drafting policy, standards, work instructions and other process documents.
    • Be able to collaborate with process owners and ensure core elements of new processes or changed processes are dully documented and applied. Animate process owner community to define clear roles & responsibilities of process owners in ensuring adoption of processes and provide guidance on communication and adoption techniques.
    • Guide Process owners in defining and driving action plans related to process adoption or gaps identified during process quality checks.
    1. Process Audit & control :
    • Lead and Conduct ITGC controls for Alstom partners supporting critical applications.
    • Conduct process adoption assessment and quality checks on IS&T processes for critical applications based on defined roadmap. This includes Process KPI definition, number of KPI, implementation, governance, and review of KPIs.
    • Work closely with process owners to define action plans and gaps identified during process quality checks or ITGC related gaps.
    • Analyze, generate, and publish reports for open action plans related to process and quality audit quality for each domain in IS&T and track progress till closure.
    1. Process Academy :
    • Promote the application of IS&T processes through newsletters, sharing monthly updates using multiple communication channels and using innovative techniques.
    • Assist Process Architect in organizing process awareness sessions and generating training material in association with Process owners.
    • Identify improvement opportunities for process adoption and new hire training.
    • Conduct awareness sessions / promotional sessions on key audit topics, related processes for IS&T teams.
