The position serves as an integral part of the team and is a tremendous opportunity during a very exciting time at JDA. This position is responsible to work along with Internal audit team on getting cloud service certified on ISO 27001:2013 & 20000:2011 standards. And helping in achieving SOC1 and SOC2 certification. This role reports directly into the Enterprise Technical Architect Cloud Services. Responsibilities: Should have strong knowledge on developing policies and procedure for ISMS and SMS Perform annual review of Cloud Service ISMS and SMS policies and procedure Interact with the department leads to understand the existing process and document the same Creating and implementing training procedures Maintain necessary documents related to internal and external audits Scheduling and helping on internal audits Document Management review meeting Track and document all non - conformities Perform follow up for non - conformities CAP and closures Measuring the effectives of ISMS and SMS Prerequisites Graduate in any stream 2 - 6 years experience in implementing ISO 27001 , 20000 Required Skills Microsoft Word , PowerPoint and Excel hands - on working knowledge of advanced features Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary to interact with a range of personalities and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization Preferred Skills Compliance Information Security Standards such as ISO 27001 , ISO 20000 , SOC 1&2,
