Job Tile : Manager QA (Quality Assurance) Year of Experience: 12 yrs Create process documentation including security procedures, standards, notifications and alerts. Define the policies and guidelines for information security and ensuring hardware, software & processes are compliant with company security policies. Help to create all the policy, template and guideline documents that are necessary (e. g. ISO 27001/ GDPR/ ISO 9000 and Other regulatory frameworks) Plan and conduct regular Audit and own the corrective action plans as required Revise and ensure process adherence for vulnerability management, configuration management, device - mobile devices etc Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure that infrastructure security policies and best practices are adhered to. Create Review and enhance Disaster Recovery capability of the organisation Perform risk assessments/ security audits, create Business impact analysis and create BCP for all departments and functions. Rich experience in Quality Assurance & Information Security Ideal candidate would have: Led in implementation of ISO27001 / ISO9000 standards in an organization. A security (CISA/ CISSP/ ITIL) certification OR a Quality Auditor Certification is preferred. Prior experience is leading a Quality Function in an organisation is a plus Team player with the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and cultures Strong time management skills with the multi- tasking capabilities Must have Excellent English skills (both written and oral, and excellent presentation skills.,
