ISU CRM TechnicalExp- 10 to 15yearsLocation- BangaloreNp- 15days to ImmediateSAP CRM for Utilities Functional Consultant JD :SAP CRM For Utilities Functional Consultant with 5+ Years of relevant ExperienceMust Have Done at least two End to End Implementations in CRM for UtilitiesFunctional Knowledge :A) Should have overall understanding of utility Industry and Market dynamics1) Regulated Markets2) Deregulated MarketsB) The knowledge of utility Business processes and Integration between different areasC) Must have worked for Electric & Gas Utility. Working experience in water Utility will be an added advantageSkills :A) Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities data model & its correlation with SAP IS-U data model.Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities Business objects & its correlation with SAP IS-U & SAP ECC /S4/HANA.Must have the knowledge of CRM for Utilities Technical objects (IBASE) & its correlation with SAP IS-UMust have the knowledge of Contract management & the subsequent process in CRM for UtilitiesKnowledge in CRM Marketing for utilities will be an added advantageMust have the knowledge of middleware conceptsMust have the knowledge of middleware replication of business partners & technical objectsMust have the knowledge of SAP IS-U master data templates & error handlingMust have the knowledge of SAP CRM product configurationMust have the knowledge of SAP IS-U Contacts & SAP CRM activitiesMust have the knowledge of Initial downloadMust have the knowledge of sales & service processing for commercial, residential & Industrial customersMust have the knowledge of process in IC-Web Client for Utilities likeMove-in, Move-out & move-in/out process- Meter Reading entryAccount informationChanges in Business partner & Business agreementDisconnection & reconnectionMust have the knowledge of UI Elements & Agent Functions. In addition to these should have the knowledge of Framework customizingMust have the knowledge of IC Web Client Functions / Customizing as well as in Transaction LauncherMust have the knowledge of Product Proposal, Contract Management, Utilities quotation with price calculation in IC Web Client.Must have the knowledge of Business role - Key Account Manager in IC Web ClientKnowledge of Integration of IC Web Client. With CLI& CTI will be an added advantageKnowledge of Financial inquiries in IC Web Client will be an added advantageKnowledge of Dispute Management in IC Web Client will be an added advantageKnowledge of POD Set/Service Location work bench will be an added advantageB) Must have experience in preparing :q- Business Design DocumentsFunctional specification documents- Test casesC) Hands on experience on all the testing aspects (Integration testing/Functional testing).D) Should able to do estimation based on business requirementsE) Knowledge on Incident Management, Change Management & Problem Management will be an added advantageF) Must have experience in requirement gathering workshopsG) Should have excellent analytical and problem solving skillsFunctional Areas: Software/Testing/Networking
