Ltd (AISPL), the local seller for cloud services in India. Do you have the business savvy, government business development, ecosystem experience and the technical background necessary to help further establish Amazon as a leading cloud platform provider for these partners As an ISV Partner Development Manager at AISPL within the AWS Channel & Alliances team, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mindshare and adoption of AWS cloud in the Public sector space by selling to and selling with Independent Software vendors (ISVs). Your mission will be to develop AWS cloud awareness and adoption, build AWS competencies, and foster the development of cloud-based solutions with key ISV technology partners, Government Tech (Gov-Tech) and Startups working with Governments (Gov-Starts, Impact techs) to deliver solutions to public sector entities. This is an opportunity to build mind share and assist adoption of Amazon s infrastructure web services (Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon SimpleDB, Amazon SQS, etc.) across AWS s strategic ISVs and their customers.The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader with a strong background in technology, experienced at influencing innovation with ISV/Technology partners, Government Tech (Gov-Tech), Gov-Starts with the aim of transforming public & citizen services, focusing on areas such as smart cities, e-governance, social care, agriculture, public utilities, transportation, and public healthcare etc. In this role, you will engage with decision makers at the executive level. You will have strong business development, product management, strategic alliances, and entrepreneurial skills. You can demonstrate an ability to think strategically about new business models, solution selling, and show prior solution and program successes.This position is a fast-paced, rich opportunity for someone to take their experience to the next level. As an ISV Partner Manager you will hold a holistic view of the business generated by your ISV Technology partners, GovTechs & GovStarts. You will work across AISPL Public Sector field sales, channels, solution, professional services, marketing legal & capture team to enhance and grow ISV partner-related AWS revenue. You will become a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of ISVs by earning their trust on a continuous basis, through demonstration of a deep understanding for their business issues and concerns, displaying competence in various business management disciplines and helping your ISV partners build a successful and sustainable business delivering end customer solutions that incorporate the AWS cloud platform and services. You will drive towards end-customer value that results in business growth to both ISVs and AISPL by being partner-centric in all activities, serving as a leader and advocate for them within Amazon, and accurately representing AISPL within the partners organization. This role is unique from other roles in AWS in its overall focus on establishing and maintaining the joint GTM execution plan with ISV partners, GovTechs & GovStarts focused in Public sector domain, and helping ensure that joint business growth metrics are set, and exceeded.Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as a key member of the AISPL Public Sector Channels Team in helping to drive overall business goals. Identify, recruit, manage and grow Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), GovTechs, GovStarts focused on transforming Public sector entities and citizen services by developing innovative solutions for smart cities, e-governance, social care, agriculture, public utilities, transportation, public healthcare and so on Orchestrate different resources within the AISPL organization to support ISV partner GTM activities and create/ maintain a long-term, scalable joint GTM model that drives partner and customer success. Maintain joint business plans, establishing clear, mutual commitments around marketing, readiness/skills development, and sales and incorporating the rhythm of the relationship clearly. Review this plan in clear periodic Business Reviews with partner and AISPL stakeholders to monitor progress and establish corrective actions as needed. Drive program execution across activities involved in the completion of commitments and goals established in the Business Plan, including coordination of AISPL s investments, lead generation-related activities, training and readiness, and joint sales activities between your ISV partners and the AWS field organizations. Constantly maintain a clear view of the return on mutual investments. Lead regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate according to AWS s adoption solution stages. Hold reviews (for large opportunities) with both ISV and Account Management teams to identify best practices to leverage and lessons to be learned. Strong business and technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies like Cloud Computing. Long term, ownership mindset and experience of building businesses. Minimum 10 years experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities, sales enablement, demand generation, lead tracking, deal registration Experience in building bridges and collaborating between partner and company field sales organizations to build mutual trust, sales enablement and joint sales motions Experience with government technology capture, procurement, and contracting process Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial Excellent communication and writing skills, and operational hygiene Preferably, the right person will possess significant ISV/ Partner/ tech start up management experience in the Public Sector space in India including focus areas like smart cities, public services, Public safety, e-governance, public transportation, utilities, and agriculture etc. Relationships with VC community in this space is good to have. Preferred qualificationsMBA, Computer Science, and/or Engineering/Math background.
