Job Description

General Advice Management on IT requirement from time to time. Ensure adequate infrastructure in place always. End to End Management of entire IT infrastructure at both locations.Database Audit & Maintenancea. Performance audit b. Database tuning c. Log file Management System Audit & other Services a. Server audit and tuning .b. Computers Audit c. Network (LAN & WAN) audit & maintenance d. Redundancy management e. Network Security f. Guarantee and Warranty Management g. Development and maintenance of Annual Maintenance Contracts h. Liaisoning with IT vendors Installation & Reconfiguration a. Point of contact for the ERP (as and when required) b. Point of contact for ERPs (Existing and Proposed) c. Clear understanding the data flow and functionality of the ERPs d. Documenting the process. Should be able to prepare a flowchart when needed. e. Testing, Fixing Bugs and execution. f. Installation and configuration of SQL server. g. Coordination with ERPs vendor for customisation and report formats as needed h.Ensure management reports (from ERP and other sources) on agreed formats from time to time. Staffing and Training a. Advise management on Team formation b. Ensure adequate staffing c. Train and sustain the resources by leading the team by example Data backup management .a. Ensure routine and timely backup from all sources b. Integrity check of the backed up data c. Ensure backed up data is stored under lock and key ,
