• Test manager is responsible for leading test activities in medium sized ERP projects / non regression testing activities. Test manager is accountable for creating test strategies and plans and implementing them. Test manager will lead and perform test execution activities, ensuring timely resourcing, defect fixing and clear reporting of the status and progress.
• Test automation specialist is responsible for implementation of test automation tools, designing and delivering test automation solutions.

Test management Responsibilities

• Developing a test strategy and plan
• Drive test scoping
• Set up and harmonize test management deliverables and KPIs with Nokia and Build & Deployment partners of the Projects
• Document and set up test governance model, run the governance meetings
• Set up of test management tool
• Ensure test resourcing
• Ensure test cases
• Build test scripts & ensure continuous improvement
• Executing test cases as required
• Coordinate and follow-up defect resolution
• Reporting on testing progress, statistics, KPIs
• Obtaining sign-off on the testing phase

Test automation specialist Responsibilities

• Support projects to evaluate and realize opportunities for test automation
• Lead or perform development of automation
• Master range of test automation tools and techniques.
• Explore and expand test automation capabilities and potential
• Provide test automation knowledge with techniques and methods to design tests for automation
• Providing technical support to the test team in automation related tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in test management and or test automation implementation in medium projects
• Good understanding on testing and test processes as well as in-depth technical and functional understanding of test automation tools
• Skilled in test strategy and planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Masters or Bachelor degree
• Positive team player
• Comfortable with fast changing business environment
• Strong communication and change management skills
• Understanding and experience on agile project execution
