Job Description

    Position Title: Global Chat Tech SupportLocation: Kalyani Tech Park / Electronic CityCTC up to - 3.3 LPA MaxShift Timings - Early login (1AM, 2AM,3AM etc)Shift Duration - 9 hoursTentative Date of Joining: 5th July 2024Education Requirements:
    • Graduates only Preferably BCA, BSc Computer Science
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical support to global customers via chat, with occasional callbacks as required.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC hardware and operating systems.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Document all customer interactions and technical procedures in the support database.
    • Collaborate with other support team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
    • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and support methodologies.
    Required Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of PC hardware and operating systems.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
    • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including early morning logins (1:00 AM, 2:00 AM, 3:00 AM, 4:00 AM, 6:30 AM).
    • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience only up to 1 Year in a technical support or customer service role can be considered.
    • Freshers can also apply with excellent Communication Skills.
