Vmoksha is also building competencies in the emerging technologies like Augmented Reality , Big Data , and Machine Learning.Job Summary / TASKS Standard working hours will be during our General shift 10:30Hrs to 19:30Hrs. Project delivery / exceptional support could extend beyond General shifts hours , and weekends as needed. The role will be expected to work in a fast - pace environment with high number of Infra projects delivered with latest IT Infra Technologies Develop and maintain information technology plans which outline project status individual tasks , milestones , completion estimates , budget tracking , and resource allocation Inspect projects for quality assurance , and report quality issues and risk to stakeholders on - time. Meeting with stakeholders of different departments , explain the project , document and address the concerns and finally get into mutual agreement which is aligned with IT Strategy. Document all estimates , project statuses , and project completion paperwork Lead Project status calls and Steering committee meetings according to the need of the Project Conduct post - project debrief with stakeholders and document lessons learned Project Management duties consists of end - to - end coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope. Minimum qualification B.E / B.Tech / Graduate At least 4 years experience in Infrastructure Project Manager role Infrastructure knowledge , previous experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in any of below domain , although not essential is advantageous for the role: Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience Ability to run multiple projects maintaining quality and control Demonstrate examples of similar successful positions in the past Be highly collaborative with the current team , management structure , and business leaders Command of the 5Ons: Schedule , Scope , Budget , Quality , and Benefits at all times in the life cycle of the project Actively manage a critical path which allows for a line of sight into risk / issues before they have project / program impact Good communication and negotiation skills Excellent planning and organization ability Excellent time management skills and understanding the value of a baseline Excellent management and leadership qualities Experience working with Server , Virtualization Experience working with DBs Experience working Cloud - based technologies , Azure preferred Experience working with Storage & Backup Experience working with Citrix Good communication skills. Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
