Job Description

nullResponsibilities :

  • Be a single point of contact from TCoE for the program
  • Drive the Philips TCoE initiatives within the program
  • Understanding the product roadmap and drive testing excellence with the team
  • Drive continuous improvements/Kaizens within the team.
  • Monitor the schedules of testing cycle to be in synch with product release timelines and take necessary action on deviation.
  • Ensure adherence to the testing strategy for the program
  • Work closely with the testing teams and help in resolving any impedances by getting the necessary help/attention
  • Work closely with the Philips ITDM for resolving any issues pointed by the ITDMs
  • Drive Quality Engineering
  • Participating in relevant Agile ceremonies and drive Agile behavior in the team
  • Active participation in and contribution to the local and global leadership team as appropriate
  • Work closely with Partner DEM for all resource related - Onboarding, Leave management and Employee retention
  • Monitor and Drive Automation and NFR goals in close coordination with the Partner Test Lead
  • Ensure completeness, correctness and coverage during creation , execution and closure of the end to end test activities
  • Ensure preparedness for the forthcoming releases (project schedule, scope and forecast)
Required Skills/Experience :
  • Graduate Engineer with min 14 years of experience in testing
  • Worked in Content Management domain & hands on experience on Stibo STEP technology platform
  • Good Exposure in handling team of T-Shaped resources (Functional, Automation, Performance, Security)
  • Proven leadership capabilities, people management experience and ability to drive issues to closure
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with engineers and management alike
  • Mandatory exposure to SAFe and DevOps
  • Ability to work with globally distributed teams
  • Ability to prioritize the dynamic changes of program demand
  • Mandatory ISTQB Advanced Certification and Lean Foundation (preferable)
  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills, Analytic skills, Coordination skills, Pro-active attitude, Taking ownership, Flexibility required in working hours, Able to work in Global setup / team
