Job Description

Job Title: IT Oligos Specialist & Project Manager -SAP SD / Supply Chain ExpertiseJob Location: Electronic City, BangaloreYour Role:

  • Be the expert of the end to end online ordering workflow for oligos (complex workflow involving interconnected systems)
  • Responsible for Project Managing small projects and monitoring other dedicated Oligos projects (change of supply chains, new product launch, etc. ), portion of global projects Next deployment (coordination support),
  • Responsible for coordinating quick reaction to any oligo ordering platform malfunctions as well as continuous improvement and preventive activities. This includes coordinating the IT analysis, development, testing and release to production of Oligo related systems (web, SAP, Manufacturing) plus any documentation for processes or training .
Who You are:Go to person / Business Partner for any commercial, Supply chain or manufacturing process impact in the area of Oligos. Total of 8+ years of experience.You have a very strong technical knowledge in one or several of the areas impacting Oligos/Configurable Materials processes end to end (eCommerce/Configurator, SAP order Processing, LIMS Manufacturing or SAP distribution) and have been involved directly or indirectly in a recent Go Live You have experience or exposure to Supply Chain and Manufacturing domainsYou have expertise in SAP SDYou have experience or exposure to LIMS (Laboratory information management system)While you are willing to keep and continue to grow your technical knowledge of the landscape, you have have good communication skills in both written and verbal way and envisage evolving towards both Business Facing relationship and Project Management skillsYou will work directly with local and global Business Managers for either support or new projects analysis or execution.You will develop KPIs and evaluation of platform performance (impact on business)You will work effectively in a matrix environment (IT & Business) and on a very complex IT landscape involving interconnected systems.You will report to Head of Life Sciences Order to Cash,
