Oversee alltechnical and non - nontechnical aspects of . Set deadlines , assign responsibilities and monitor and control the progress of project. Prepare and publish reports regarding status of project. The candidate needs to work with stakeholders such as management , functional teams , vendors , internal teams , etc. to ensure the right solutions are designed and deliverable fall within the applicable scope , timelinesand budget. The candidate also must conduct market research to gather information about latest trends and solutions.Job Components / Responsibilities:Coordinate with internal resources and third parties / vendors for planning and the flawless execution of Ensure that all are delivered on - time , within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of cope and objectives , involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityConduct detailed evaluation of solutions and vendors and facilitate decision makingEnsure resource availability and allocation (internally / externally) in order to meet project objectivesDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressOrganize project review meetings and regular update of project status to the stakeholdersManage changes to the project scope , project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship stakeholders and ensure set goals from the project are achievedPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with business stakeholders to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectTrack project performance , specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long - term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets , diagrams and process maps to document needsQualifications:Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Information TechnologyOrDegree / Diploma in any stream and Project Management CertificationExperience / Core requirements:Proven working experience in project managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA formal training on Project Management (CSM / PMP / PRINCE II)will be beneficialBachelor s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent workexperienceOther Requirements:Basic Knowledge of Software SystemsExperience in managing for companies in financialservices industry will be beneficial , however the same is notmandatoryKnowledge of digital solutions and latest market trends withrespect to IT will be beneficialExperience of managing software implementation will beessentialCompetencies & Best Practices for High Performers:High social responsibility & IntegrityCompliance to policies , rules and regulationsBelief in Teamwork & Effective leadershipAbility to work in a highly demanding environmentTeam Size: 1 or moreReport to: CTOPlace of work: Bangalore (Head Office),
