    Job Role:Freshers can also apply- Strong Knowledge on End to End Recruitment- Linkedin sourcing expertise- Understanding on Niche hiring.- Work experience Preferable in IT/ITES recruitment- Team Handling/ People Management exp would be an added advantage- MS Office exposure required.- Should be willing to work on Targets and SLARoles & Responsibility:- End to End Recruitment activities.- Should be able to source through various Job Portals.- To be involved in advertising like > Job Postings, Mass Mails, Mass SMS etc.,- Sourcing /Calling > Scheduling > Support Walk in Interviews >Follow ups > On-boarding support- Working knowledge on Hire Craft, Abacus, Taleo- Achieve monthly revenue target onboarding candidates according to client mandates- Handling client & Recruitment Events : (Optional)References are highly appreciated :)
