Meeting TA demand and supplyProficiency with Boolean Search techniques & XRay searching capabilities.Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations. Ability to meet daily targets. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations CANDIDATES CAN APPLY ANY WHERE IN INDIARounds of Interview,Online Test Mandatory ( https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BGGS6YB ) Must Score Above 45%.L1- Telephonic CallL2- Telephonic CallDocument Submission.Desired Candidate ProfileManage the overall interview, selection, and closing processShould be an excellent team player Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
