Work with a world class team to develop, implement, and support cutting edge Oracle technology.Manages a team supporting and/or implementing software project(s) and/or internal systems. Defines, documents and manages scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Successful track record in applications implementation and as a manager. Expert knowledge of all applications within a business area; plus some knowledge of other applications. BA/BS degree preferred., *Agile and Responsive Senior Manager to support Oracle Fusion Middleware and Enterprise Financial Services Applications hosted on the Oracle Cloud.Responsible for leading application management functions of enterprise financial applications hosted on a cloud environment.Overall 10 to 15 years of IT experience with at least 5 years hands-on experience in the primary skills.Primary Skills-Technical proficiency in Oracle Middleware components and Linux. Working knowledge of Devops tools and automation.- Weblogic Administration: Very Good knowledge of configuration, installation, deployments and performance tuning. Should be able to technically guide teams to troubleshoot any issues in weblogic installation, configuration and production instance. Should have excellent knowledge of security patches.- Good knowledge of configuration, installation and support of BIP/OBIEE reporting tools.- Oracle IDM : Good Administration knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, OID/OUD- Good knowledge of installation and troubleshooting of ODI jobs.- SME in any one of the above Oracle middleware components apart from Weblogic.- Hands on knowledge on Chef scripts and any Devops tools.- Linux operation knowledge, Linux Scripting knowledge- Basic Networking knowledge and experience in using Load Balance tools.- Experience in supporting enterprise applications in any cloud platform.- Should be able to manage support of cloud services for a product end to end from customer onboarding to production support.- Should have very good leadership skills in managing a technical team proficient with the above Oracle Fusion Middleware technology stack.- Should be able to scale up the team to meet business growth.- Good team governance skills to keep high productivity and high performing team.- Good management acumen to support organization growth strategies.Soft Skills required- Communication, Collaboration and Incident Escalation management- Very good communication skills and ability to colloborate with multiple teams. Ablity to handle escalated incidents with multiple stakeholders.- Good presentation skills to support management reportsAvailable for on-call support to manage any critical incidents and maintenance.
