Work in coordination with Administrative Office IT Infrastructure Team and Client Head office. Ensure proper maintenance & security of hardware & IT equipments at Branches. Ensure proper upkeep of CCTV at all Branches. Visit to Branches for various installation & repair works. Resolution of day to day networking & hardware issues of branches. servicing printers, scanners and other office hardware equipments Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Liaison with local service centers and 3rd party service providers for servicing hardware as necessary. Coordinate and communicate information to Managers. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
