As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent to managing the interview process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience and fill the open positions.Key Responsibilities:
    • Understand the Job Description, Source and identify qualified candidates.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
    • Knowledge and handle the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
    • Use job portals, social media, and other platforms to attract top talent.
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
    • Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.
    • Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.
    • Maintain recruitment data and report key metrics to senior management.
    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
    • Graduate BBA / BA/ HR specialisation / Any Graduate with good academics
    • 0-3 years of experience in IT Technical Recruitment.
    • Familiarity with SAP-related roles and skills is preferred.
    • High proficiency with MS office, particularly in MS Excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Immediate joiner.
