In this job, you will be responsible to manage and communicate the project release information to all the business stakeholders. It is important to foster a deep level of communication with the business teams to ensure effective solutions and high customer satisfaction. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and your ability to understand business requirements is a key feature. From a delivery perspective, we expect the ability to define and execute the agreed release lifecycle, understand project plan and its requirements/user stories and finally control and eliminate risks to the release plan. You should have the ability to prepare extensive solution documentation and be able to resolve issues arising out of conflicts across stakeholders / teams. You are a diligent, hardworking individual who is able to learn new systems and processes rapidly, can collaborate with virtual teams, and having a proven track record of delivering outstanding quality for the Business.Who You Are:

  • Bachelor/master s degree in IT, computer sciences or business with additional qualifications in technology.
  • 7-9 years of project delivery experience with at least 6 years of project management experience in delivering end to end projects
  • Good understanding of devOps concept
  • Hands-on experience in software development and release engineering
  • Worked on a Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration pipelines
  • You are natural in communicating with all stakeholders, maintaining good relationship and coordinating with multiple teams
  • Good Leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem solving, and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following tools: Copado, Welkin Suite, SFDCDX, VSC etc.
  • Excellent working knowledge in agile/scrum based software development and change management
You are expected to:
  • Able to define and execute the agreed release lifecycle
  • Understands project plan and its requirements/user stories
  • Control and eliminate risks to the release plan
  • Manage and communicate the release information to stakeholders
  • Configure releases before its deployment and ensuring all the planned changes are captured in the release
  • Ensure the quality of releases by reviewing the feedback from testing and bug fixes
  • Execute smooth rollout of releases in an efficient manner
  • Continuous improvement of release process by increasing automation
  • Support teams in resolving conflict errors
  • Documentation of solutions, adoption of best DevOps practices
  • Mediate in possible complaints, aim to improve efficiency, communication and collaboration
  • Communicate and synchronize releases with other release managers
