Qualification 1. Strong experience in ITIL processes and ITSM implementation 2. Support the configuration of application including, but not limited to Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Release, Asset Management, Configuration Management 3. Serve as a subject matter expert to the ServiceNow platform team responsible for analysis, design, development and implementation of modules and application on ServiceNow platform (certification appreciated) 4. Knowledge on service now related technologies, especially javascript and jelly 5. Knowledge on some of the following programming languages like Java, XML, HTML, CSS, JQuery, sql and Angular JS, but also on Linux system 6. Knowledge in some of the following products/tools: Splunk, Ansible, Docker, Artifactory, GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Jira/Confluence, etc. 7. Knowledge in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) is a plus: building and deploying cloud solutions (AWS preferred) 8. Through understanding of IT Service Lifecycle 9. Hands-on experience on one of the following OS: Windows, Unix, Linux. 10. Knowledge of French language would be appreciated 11. Flexible to work in French timings ,
