If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a ITOps - Mainframe Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).Strong Telecom knowledge in inventory management.Hands-on experience with all phases of projects, especially Incident Management / Triaging of voice and data networks.Managing Level 2 Ticket/Order Triage Specialist, Incident, Problem, Service Request, Escalation.Experience working in a 24x7 production support model with excellent troubleshooting skills.Experience in Application Monitoring tools, Incident management, managing crisis calls.At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Mainframe System - PL/1, JCL, Mantis, SQL, z/OS, CA7, VSAM, TSO/ISPF.At least 3+ years of experience in PL/1, DB2, IMS DB.Sound knowledge of CA7, Endevor, Intec and Mantis.3+ years of experience in developing applications on above technology / tools.Nice to have knowledge of Unix/Linux OS along with minimum 3 years of experience in Unix Scripting .Strong scripting skills - Unix Script, Pearl, PL/SQL, MS SQL etc.Good DB2 knowledge.ITSM v3/v4 foundation certification is nice to have.Conduct end-to-end testing of all new functionality or applications developed on the Remedy platform prior to rolling out to production.Design, test, and implement data, application, and API level integrations between Remedy instances and other customer systems.Troubleshoot and resolve application related issues, including engaging and submitting tickets to BMC technical support when necessary.Complete all work order and service requests within service level targets.Performs analysis and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency.Provides application support to existing applications and additionally works with IT operations, incident and problem management teams in resolving issues and maintaining application availability and stability in productionAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
