Job Description

  • Understanding customers business needs and identification of ML/AI solutions that can be effectively applied to address real business problems/needs.
  • Writing Dialog Flows for Voice/Chat bot applications as per customer requirements
  • Add missing variations /no proper detections detected as part of testing and add it back as part of Voice bot applications to the application
  • Mentoring team members on the subject.
  • Customer communication
CAREER EXPEREINCE AND COMPETENCIES
  • 7-10 years of experience in account management, professional services or other direct customer facing/engagement roles for large enterprise customers.
  • Professional PM certification plausible PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, SCRUM or equivalent
  • Solid experience on process controls, quality metrics, LEAN, six sigma, etc.
  • Knowledge of software tools are required (e.g. MSOffice, statistics packages, etc.)
  • Creative problem-solver with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills including presentation and social abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work toward long-term goals
  • The ability to articulate technical concepts use cases
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time
MANDATORY SKILLS
  • Hands-on design/development/deployment at scale of ML/AI solutions.
  • Programming in any OOPL and Python
  • 4+ yrs of experience in the field of ML.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good to have- Knowledge on one or more Frameworks/Libraries/Tools popularly used for developing ML modules such as Tensor Flow, MATLAB, Apache Spark etc.
