Mandatory Technical Skills: Java J2ee Architect level with Big data mango db skillsSoft Skills: Good communication Skills, Good AttitudeKey Technical Skills Experience in J2EE technologies and frameworks (JSP, Servlets, Struts, JSF). Must have necessarily worked on either EJB/ Hibernate/ Spring. Good experience on at least one application server (Weblogic, Websphere, SUN One etc). We will not process resumes with only JSP/ Servlet/ Struts experience.Database experience in Oracle/ MySQL/ MS SQL Server is a must. Should have good knowledge on RDBMS concepts and be able to develop database scripts for at least one of the above mentioned databases.Good hands-on experience with open source development tools and frameworks (Eclipse, ANT, Junit, PMD, SVNetc)Ability to understand UML design diagrams.
