Job Description

    Job Title: Java ArchitectLocation: Bengaluru, IndiaExperience: 12 yearsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Java Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Java-based solutions while providing technical leadership and guidance to our development teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Java development, along with proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.Responsibilities:
    1. Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance Java-based applications.
    2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
    3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    4. Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and other relevant technologies.
    5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Java-based applications.
    7. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in Java development and microservices architecture.
    8. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
    9. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software solutions.
    10. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes and practices.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    2. 12 years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
    3. Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale Java applications.
    4. Expertise in Spring Boot framework and proficiency in other Spring modules such as Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.
    5. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and experience in building microservices-based applications.
    6. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
    7. Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and API design principles.
    8. Experience with modern software development practices such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
    9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    11. Prior experience in a technical leadership or architect role is preferred.
