Job Description

*Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed., *Primary Skills

  • The Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of
    • Java, OATS
  • Should be able to code & script using java, XML & javascript independently
  • Should be proficient in java, EJB, servlets, openscript
  • Should automate complex workflow of white box and black box functional, system and regression tests and document the overall results
  • The candidate should be enterprising, a self-starter and willing to learn new concepts with minimal hand-holding
  • Working experience in an Agile development environment and participating as a Scrum team member
  • Working knowledge of SQL is required
  • Should be able to communicate effectively
  • He/She should have the ability to build rapport with internal/cross-functional team members and clients
  • Ability to travel as needed
Your Responsibilities
  • Creating, organizing, and managing test automation resources (Function Libraries etc. ).
  • Handling duplicate objects and dynamic objects using index property and Regular Expressions.
  • Collecting test data for data-driven testing.
  • Creating test cases (test scripts) using Java and TestNG Annotations.
  • Parameterization, synchronization and define test results.
  • Debugging and running tests
  • Analyzing test results
  • Defect reporting and tracking using any defect management tool.
  • Test reporting
  • Modifying tests and perform retests & regression Testing.
