We are currently looking for seasoned Java professionals, with outstanding software design and implementation skills and expertise in building cloud scale web services who will be able to contribute as a senior individual contributor in a dynamic, fast- paced agile team environment.Experience 5 years of experience working in enterprise applications using Java. Qualification Good knowledge on Java, Spring and Hibernate is a must have Good experience in relational database such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle (at least one of them) is a must haveExperience in having solved J2EE deployment issues including transactions, deadlocks, threading, etc.Experience with working on a very large database Experience in data structures, design patterns, when to apply a pattern, and when not to apply a patternExperience in performance tuning of application and databases is a plus.Should have very good problem- solving skillsVery good communication skills and should be a good at stake holder managementExposure to Agile processes, Code reviews, Unit testing, build management is desirableResponsibilities Identifying the key areas of improvement in the product and take leadership to resolve themWrite and review design specifications for new product features.Design, implement, review and test software applications.Participate in reviews of requirement specifications to ensure feasibility.Conduct and participate in peer reviews to ensure product quality.Provide regular updates on progress and delays encountered during development.Improve team s technical capabilities and establish best practices for software development or test with the respective domain.Communication across various stakeholdersHelping refactor areas of the product to improve performance, scalability and reliabilityShould be able to work in a fully agile team to deliver on all responsibilitiesEnabling existing and new product features to run from the AWS cloud and leverage solutions offered by AWS.Make build / buy decisions for components needed to the product.Apply good Object- oriented design practices and principles in implementation of the product.Conduct and participate in peer reviews to ensure product quality.Provide regular updates on progress and delays encountered during development.Improve team s technical capabilities and establish best practices for software development or test with the respective domain.Communication across various stakeholdersIf this sounds like you and you like what you read above, we should talk.Job Location Bengaluru,
