Strong hands-on programming experience in Java development2. Java - Version 1.8, Java Core and Collections3. Spring Framework - Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Web, Spring ORM, JPA and Hibernate4. Java Springbatch - Remote chunking, parallel programming, Tasklet5. Web Services - Spring REST / JSON and SOAP XML.6. Object Oriented Programming and Design, UML, familiarity with Java design patterns7. Working knowledge of backend database integration, JMS, Web Services desirable8. Experience in Design and Implementing REST Services, Integration messaging systems like JMS MQ9. Exposure to test driven development and writing JUnits, Integration Tests10. Source Control Management (preferably Git/GitHub)11. Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, with the ability to transform documented use cases into prototypes and finished solutions12. Experience working with globally distributed scrum teams13. Prior experience in payments and compensation domain14. Actively participate in the effort defining development best practices, participate in design/code reviews and process improvements15. Ability to break down business problems into solvable components to recommend solutions16. Ability to plan and prioritize requirements17. Responsible for setting up and leading development team18. Collaborate and communicate well with others, strong written and verbal communication, comfortable with varying (and reactive) daily responsibilities19. Communicates effectively with individuals and teams in the organization to ensure high quality and timely completion of projects.20.
